Commercial refrigeration covers systems in shops, wholesalers and restaurants: refrigerated cabinets, counters, display cases and back-of-house cold rooms. Industrial refrigeration means cold rooms, freezer rooms and systems for production plants and logistics. Night, weekend and public holiday on-call service is available to companies with a service contract, and in Warsaw also a guaranteed response within 4 hours. Without a contract we take calls Mon-Fri 8:00-18:00.

What is the difference between commercial and industrial refrigeration?
Commercial refrigeration serves retail and food service: refrigerated cabinets, counters, display cases and back-of-house cold rooms, usually next to customers and in constant use. Industrial refrigeration serves production and logistics: large cold rooms, freezer rooms, chilling rooms and blast chilling rooms, often with higher capacities and stricter temperature requirements.
Do you service refrigerated counters and cabinets in shops?
Yes. We service refrigerated cabinets, counters and display cases together with the condensing units that supply them. We check temperatures, tightness, fans and defrosting, and top up refrigerant in line with F-gas regulations.
Do you work throughout Poland?
We design and install refrigeration systems and condensing units throughout Poland. We build PIR panel cold rooms in Masovia (Mazowieckie Province), and service with a response time of up to 4 hours under a contract is available in Warsaw.
Can you take over service of a system installed by another company?
Yes. First we inspect the system and its documentation, including the CRO entry, and tell you what needs fixing. After that we carry out maintenance inspections on a fixed schedule under a service contract.
